I think the title did his job in drawing attention but also in this context makes sense for me. My interpretation would be the difference between "ghost" and "spirit". Being ghost the shadow or the scary part of the subject. Robert, can you bring more light on the subject? In my country we also have the "story/legend" of the great dictator that "have to kill" in order to bring order and progress. I´m not satisfied also with the image that in order to rule people have to fear. Fear Not! How?!

Rubén Urbieta D.https://www.blogger.com/profile/12785524624955625298noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-925549664214256461.post-75194304705475458812014-06-14T00:21:30.641-04:002014-06-14T00:21:30.641-04:00I'm not sure what to say about this blog's...I'm not sure what to say about this blog's title. Demolishing Stalin's ghost? How can you destroy somebody's spirit? I'm certainly no fan of Stalin or communism, but just because you don't approve of somebody does not mean you can destroy them. What I commented might be a bit of a tangent, but I just felt it needed to be said. People would be healthier of they focused on what they like instead of what they hate. I have no use for Churchill for example, but I don't hope to destroy him in my dreams...or through dream theatre with my friends. I focus on what I love and build on that!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
